We currently accept:
Shopify Payments: Supports all countries in their default currencies using card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional payment methods.
PayNow (operated by mBank): Supports Polish payments via fast transfers, traditional transfers, and primarily BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPo.
Przelewy24: Enables fast transfers within Poland.
PayPal: Accepts payments worldwide.
Klarna.
Cash on Delivery: Available within Poland.
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change its contents or details. This is due to our reliance on external warehouses where updates cannot be made quickly. The only option for a size change is to request an exchange after receiving your order via our returns/exchanges portal at https://enrage.returnsportal.online/.
An order can only be cancelled if it is in the Early Order stage and has not yet been picked up for shipping. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation.
For all orders (excluding Early Orders):
On the Polish market, orders placed via InPost until 18:00 will be shipped on the same day.
For international markets, orders placed via DHL until 12:00 will be shipped on the same day.
Please note that while external factors may occasionally delay shipments, 99% of orders are dispatched according to this policy.
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns should be reported via our returns portal at https://enrage.returnsportal.online/ and must follow the provided guidelines. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
