Need to return or exchange an item? Process is online, 14 days from delivery.

1. Start the return
Register your return via our returns portal. There you will receive all the information needed to successfully complete your return.

2. Print and fill the return form
Download the form below, fill it in, and put it inside the package. Without it we can't process your return.

3. Send the package
Pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached. Drop it at InPost or DHL.

4. Get refunded
Once we receive the package, we issue the refund within 14 days.
