What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept:

  • Shopify Payments - cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, regional payment methods in their default currencies.
  • PayNow (operated by mBank) - fast transfers, traditional transfers, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPo for Polish payments.
  • Przelewy24 - fast transfers within Poland.
  • PayPal - worldwide payments.
  • Klarna.
  • Cash on Delivery - available within Poland.
Can I modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it's not possible to change its contents or details. We rely on external warehouses where updates can't be made quickly. The only option for a size change is to request an exchange after receiving your order via our returns / exchanges portal.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled if it is in the Early Order stage and has not yet been picked up for shipping. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation.

How long does shipping take?

For all orders (excluding Early Orders):

  • Polish market: orders placed via InPost until 18:00 ship the same day.
  • International markets: orders placed via DHL until 12:00 ship the same day.

External factors may occasionally delay shipments, but 99% of orders are dispatched according to this policy.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be reported via our returns portal and follow the provided guidelines. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

How do I handle complaints and exchanges?

Complaints and exchanges for delivered items can only be processed via our returns / exchanges / complaints portal.

Returns

Need to return or exchange an item? Process is online, 14 days from delivery.

  1. 1. Start the return

    Register your return via our returns portal. You'll get all the information you need to successfully send your return.

  2. 2. Print and fill the return form

    Download the form below, fill it in, and put it inside the package. Without it we can't process your return.

  3. 3. Send the package

    Pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached. Send the parcel according to the instructions in the returns panel.

  4. 4. Get refunded

    Once we receive the package, we issue the refund within 14 days.
